The Task at Hand:

Our Client sought to scale course enrollments while maintaining strong ROAS. Their challenge was reaching entrepreneurs actively seeking tax-saving strategies. To achieve this, we shifted the majority of our ad spend to YouTube, where users are actively searching for solutions. This allowed us to target high-intent entrepreneurs more effectively, while still optimizing campaigns across Google and Facebook. Our goal was to improve conversion rates, maximize profitability, and scale ad spend efficiently.

The Results:

MLC Media successfully optimized ad campaigns, resulting in highly profitable lead generation. The top-performing campaign produced 7,400 leads at a $16.44 cost per lead (CPL), generating $232,719 in revenue and $128,430 in profit, with a 2.06 ROAS. Another campaign targeting YouTube viewers brought in 5,311 leads at a $15.52 CPL, resulting in $206,384 in revenue and $145,427 in profit, achieving a 2.76 ROAS. The highest ROAS campaign, with a 5.6 ROAS, generated $22,010 in revenue from just 283 leads, highlighting the effectiveness of precise targeting and conversion optimization. Multiple campaigns also achieved ROAS above 3-5X, demonstrating the impact of strategic keyword bidding, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
